  • In accordance with industry standards, our linguists hold qualifications from internationally recognised bodies such as the Institute of Translation and Interpreting and the Institute of Linguists. We use only experienced linguists who specialise in a given subject to assure precision, clarity and appropriateness of terminology and register.
  • We collaborate with bilingual engineers and scientists with expert-level language skills who act as consultants and researchers; this helps keep us up to date with the latest developments in the field and further ensure an accurate product.
  • From translators to interpreters to DTP experts, we place emphasis on the recruitment and evaluation of experienced, qualified individuals.

State-of-the-art technology

  • Our translators use state-of-the-art translation memory software to ensure efficient performance and consistent terminology across large or multiple projects. This allows us to create and develop client and project-specific databases.
  • This technology is combined with our translators’ linguistic expertise to ensure that you receive a product that is not only technically accurate but also stylistically appropriate for your target audience.

Guidelines

Customer satisfaction from start to finish

  • In order to create a detailed, customised quote for your project, we work closely with you to determine the scope and specifications of your project. We then liaise with our team to schedule resources and identify any project-specific issues that need to be addressed. This information is then consolidated to produce a final quote and timetable that we review with you to make sure it meets your requirements.
  • As part of our commitment to customer assurance, we offer to have test pieces translated by our language experts prior to undertaking a project. Upon approval, the selected translator is assigned to your ongoing projects.
  • To ensure consistency and continuity across ongoing projects, we use the same translator or team of translators and a client-specific terminology database.

Rigorous checking

  • Rigorous checks are conducted by independent proofreaders and editors to ensure that the project brief has been followed and that terminology, style and formatting are correct. A final quality analysis is conducted on the edited document before it is given final approval.
  • Continual contact and feedback ensure that any changes are incorporated into the project, allowing any technical or logistic issues to be dealt with quickly.
  • Meetings, e-mail and telephone conferences are held between project managers and clients to discuss in depth any questions that may arise.

Communication

On-going customer support

  • As a multilingual service provider, we attach real value to ensuring that effective and accurate communication takes place at all times. That is why we put you, the client, at the centre of our communication process.
  • Throughout the project life cycle, we provide you with status reports and project updates based on internal project meetings between the project manager and the team to make sure that everything takes place on schedule and conforms to the project brief.
  • We know that the project life cycle does not end at the delivery phase. That is why we contact you after delivery to make sure that the final product has met your specifications and is to your satisfaction.
